Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
Sudden pressure like something has blocked your ears. Sort of feels like pressure from when water gets in the ear.
